AAA needed to inspire internal personnel about a new global customer experience initiative. I worked with the XPLANE designer to develop a customer experience scenario, write the storyboard, and concept the visual approach, which combined photos and paper artifacts for a warm, homey feeling that was a good fit for AAA's long history and loyal customers.
