ICANN, the global agency responsible for managing the system of identifiers that makes the Internet work, was launching its Gloabl Domains Division to handle the new generic top-level domains (gTLDs), such as .SHOP. I co-facilitated the brand discovery session and wrote the brand book, which helped ensure a clear, cohesive identity for the new agency.
